Ulster County Board of REALTORS® Berme Clean Up 2023
Thank you to the hard work and dedication of the REALTOR® members who participated in the continuous annual Spring Berme Clean up on the Hurley Rail Trail in Kingston, NY. Despite the weather not being as sunny and beautiful as last year, the members still showed up to make a difference in their local community.
The overgrown weeds and grass on the Berme Rail Trail had created a need for some TLC, and the REALTORS® took on the challenge with their gardening tools and our four-legged guest volunteer. They spent four hours removing weeds, cleaning up garbage, and planting new flowers and plants to make the railway look welcoming for guests and visitors to Ulster County.
It’s inspiring to see the dedication of the REALTORS® in transforming the Berme Walkway to make it look better than ever, and to help make their neighborhood a more beautiful and welcoming place. The adoption of the Berme by the Ulster County Board of REALTORS® Community Service Committee is a wonderful way to demonstrate the organization’s commitment to giving back to its local community. And the UCBR Community Service Committee will continue to ensure the Berme Railway is handled.
Thank you to all of the REALTOR® members who volunteered their time and efforts to make the Berme Cleanup a success, and we look forward to seeing the continued positive impact of this initiative in the years to come.
