Ulster County Board of REALTORS® Awards Program
Awards Based on Multiple Listing Transactions Only and For UCBR Members Only!
Kingston, NY: Ulster County Board of REALTORS® today announced they have held their annual awards program virtually this past Wednesday, March 23, for member agents/brokers of the UCBR. NYS Senator, Michelle Hinchey, was the honorary guest speaker for the awards program.
To be eligible for the awards program, realtors and/or brokers must meet the following criteria:
- This award is based on multiple listing transactions only. Members of the Ulster County Board of REALTORS, both brokers and agents are eligible.
- To qualify for an award, the broker/ agent must have achieved a minimum of 6closed transaction sides and a $1,000,000 sales volume for 2021.
- If the broker/agent has both “sides” of a transaction, they will be credited for each side. For example, having both “sides” (listing and selling) of a $200,000 sale equals “2” closed transactions and $400,000 of volume.
