The Ulster County Board of REALTORS® Fair Housing Challenge is here once again

The Ulster County Board of REALTORS® (UCBR), is once again partnering with AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY® to host their Fair Housing Challenge for the month of April.

To complete the challenge UCBR members are asked to complete the components list and then fill out the Fair Housing Challenge completion form. Please complete the following components for the challenge:

• FAIRHAVEN: A REALTOR SIMULATION
• EARN YOUR AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY (AHWD) CERTIFICATION
• IMPLICIT BIAS TRAINING (BIAR OVERRIDE: OVERCOMING BARRIERS TO FAIR HOUSING VIDEO)

Once all the above certificate requirements have been fulfilled, members will then need to fill out the Fair Housing Challenge form below:

All completed Fair Housing certificates and Fair Housing Challenge forms must be emailed to hvcrmlsforms@gmail.com. Be sure to write “FAIR HOUSING CHALLENGE” in the email subject line.
