Ulster Country Board of REALTORS® held the Annual Berme Clean-Up on the Hurley Rail Trail on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 at 9 am. The clean-up was assembled by the Ulster County Board of REALTORS® Committee to help give back to the local Ulster County community.
With climate change becoming an ever-increasing issue in the world today, cleaning up the environment has become an important activity. The Ulster County Board of REALTORS® is not only concerned about the environment on a global scale but at the local level.
Ensuring that the Ulster County community is kept tidy helps both local REALTORS® as well as local residents and businesses.
Many of the REALTOR® members came out to show their support and passion for the Ulster County community and volunteer their morning cleaning up the Hurley Rail Trail to make a difference. The Ulster Country Board of REALTORS® was happy and appreciative of all of the members who came to help clean up the berme at the rail trail.
The Ulster County Board of REALTORS® members came out to fix the railway and was a huge success! The Berme was completely weeded out and beautified! The REALTOR® members who volunteered placed fresh mulch around the Berme and also planted beautiful perennial plantings that will look great for the fall and next spring.
Thank you again to all of those who volunteered their morning to help clean up and beautify our local community!
