A member organization of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), the Ulster County Board of REALTORS® is comprised of residential and commercial REALTORS® who subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
 

Our Mission

  • Promote homeownership
  • Encourage investment in real estate
  • Protect the right to own and use private property
  • Enable member REALTORS® to conduct business to the advantage and protection of consumers and members
  • Develop and deliver continuing education and other programs and services to maintain and elevate the high standards of the real estate profession and member REALTORS®
  • Advocate for and engage in volunteer activities that strengthen the community we service
  • Assist the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) in enforcing its regulations
